1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Meta Tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Meta Tools only for lawful purposes. You may not submit inaccurate tool listings, impersonate another person, or attempt to circumvent platform security.

3. Tool Listings

Tool builders are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Meta Tools reserves the right to remove or reject any listing that violates our quality standards, contains misleading claims, or promotes harmful products.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Meta Tools — including the platform design, editorial curation, and code — is owned by Meta Tools unless otherwise stated. Tool logos and descriptions remain the property of their respective builders.

6. Limitation of Liability

Meta Tools is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any tool listed on it.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
